Tender chunks of venison are marinated twice, and wrapped in thick bacon before being grilled until crispy on the outside. A venison version of Filet Mignon. This is a heavenly use of the best part of a deer. For the BBQ sauce, I prefer hickory flavored.

This dish is reminiscent of dining in an outdoor cafe in the south of France. Serve with crusty bread, and a nice chilled glass of white wine. This exact recipe can also be used for clams.

This is my Dad's famous recipe. He used to make it for my sister and I when we were little and we both loved it! Use kosher hot dogs for the best flavor.

Being an enthusiastic Philadelphia Eagles football fan, I wanted to create a burger recipe that had a taste of Philly, and some green ingredients, as a tribute to the Birds. Play around with the ingredients and create a burger for your favorite team!

Men Love This Steak

If you are looking for a special steak for your sweetie, look no further. This takes less than thirty minutes from start to finish; less if you choose to broil instead of BBQ. Flavorful and easy, this steak is tough to beat. I serve this with brown and serve sourdough bread or rolls. If you're really hungry, crumble some additional bacon and add a baked potato. Add candles and a bottle of full bodied red wine (like a cabernet from the Alexander Valley) for a romantic evening.

I came up with this recipe one night for dinner and my husband and family loved it and it has become a regular for us. The combination of spiced apples and brie cheese is amazing. Great served with a spring lettuce salad. You can also make this as an appetizer by using a baguette loaf instead of sourdough slices.

When it comes to crab you have 3 options: you can go to the expensive seafood place for overpriced, soggy, and bland crab; you can ruin it yourself at home; or you can follow this recipe and have garlic butter crab so good you will never eat it any other way.

I ended up getting some snow crab legs on sale at the market. I wanted something a little different from plain steamed, boiled, or grilled crab legs, so I ended up throwing a few things together to make this awesome crab leg dish. Enjoy! This would be great with shrimp as well.
