Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Submitted by: DANIELLE M.
This is the 'secret' Greek dressing recipe from the pizzeria that I work at. The recipe makes almost a gallon but can be scaled down easily. It can be used for picnics and travels very well, since it doesn't need to be refrigerated. This is the best dressing I have ever tasted, people offer to buy it constantly, but if we sold it we wouldn't be able to make enough to use in the restaurant!

Avocado Fennel Citrus Salad

Celebrate winter with Chilean Hass Avocados and fresh citrus. Grapefruit, oranges and limes or lemons are perfect complements to the rich taste and texture of avocado. All of them are a perfect match with crisp slices of fennel. Together they're an unbeatable flavor team. And there's no reason for a calorie-laden dressing – use the fruit juices with just a little honey. The avocados provide the satisfaction, and important monounsaturated fats. This easy salad travels well, so pack it up for a pot luck, tailgate or big game event.
