These cabbage stuffed foil packets are cooked on the grill in this recipe, but can easily be cooked in the gently coals of a campfire. This is a delicious way to use up some cabbage and turn someone into a cabbage lover at the same time!

I learned this Southern style of cooking from my mother-in-law. Live crawfish are the best, but you can also use thawed, frozen whole crawfish. Just pinch the tails and suck the heads to eat. You can also cook crab, lobster, or shrimp this way.

Potato hash is cooked with roast beef and corn over the campfire. Not that pleasant to look at, but who is during camping? This recipe is good for the last night of camping cause you can basically throw in all the leftover meat along with the roast beef, and it still tastes great!
