This rump roast in mushroom soup and beef broth is tender and very moist. It's made in the slow cooker, and is very easy to make. Raw vegetables, such as carrots and potatoes, may be added at the start of the cooking time, if desired. My whole family loves this recipe. The leftovers also make great roast beef sandwiches.

A main dish that's always a family favorite is tender and savory Dijon Pork Chops. 'They only take minutes to prepare, but they taste like you've fussed for hours,' she affirms. 'The aroma alone will make your mouth water.'

I have been cooking for just my husband and me for the last 30 years. I come up with new recipes for two all the time. This recipe works well when you've had a busy day and can't spend much time cooking, but you still want a very special meal. -Betty Biehl, Mertztown, Pennsylvania

For fish lovers, there is nothing quite like fresh grilled tuna. This recipe, simply seasoned with olive oil and lime, lets nothing stand in the way of the wonderful flavor of the fish, and gives the tuna a bright touch with the addition of freshly squeezed lime.
