This applesauce is delicious! I make it for my younger brother all the time. He loves it, and he hates canned applesauce!

This is great for any meal, but is great for breakfast. The syrup from the apples is great on homemade waffles. You may add raisins to the sauce if you wish.

These are the apple dumplings my grandmother used to make: warm, flaky, sweet, and drizzled with a sauce that bakes right with them. These are not difficult to make, just a little time-consuming. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.

This aromatic pie 's secret is a bit of whiskey sprinkled onto the filling just before the top crust is slipped on. It mingles marvelously with the sugar, apples and spices as this luscious pie bakes.
