Dirty Blues Martini

Submitted by: Terry Fay
My father and uncle (see 'Dan Fay Martini') loved their martini's. Having sampled both of their recipes, more than once, I found myself making variations to their wonderful concoctions. Here is my latest variation in the tradition of the 'Fay Martini.'

Perfect Gin Martini

Submitted by: Lawrence E. Abraham
Crisp, clean gin martini cocktail. One is not enough! Chill the gin in the freezer overnight before preparing the drink. This prevents the ice from melting and diluting the drink. Do not allow plastic or metal of any kind to touch the drink.

My father believes in a condition called 'the gin meanies.' He invented this cocktail to satisfy his taste for gin, while allowing him to slightly dilute its effects with vodka. His passion for this concoction quickly spread to my friends, who have been known to throw parties solely to celebrate him and his martini.

When you awake in the morning after a few too many you may very well need to have a Ramos Fizz to get you back on your feet. Henrico C. A little hair of the dog in the form of the gin, protein from the egg white, and cream to coat the stomach.

Tabu Cocktail

Submitted by: MGM
This is the signature drink in the Tabu Ultra Lounge. It is drink is a variation of a classic cocktail called a Strawberry Fizz that was traditionally served in a 6-8 ounce glass filled with fine ice and topped with charged water. The Tabu Cocktail is a great introduction to gin for the non-gin drinker and a must for those that enjoy a gin based cocktail.
