Very fancy and delicious, this tart 's fillings are baked in puff pastry. Apples are sliced, piled onto a large round of pastry and covered with a sweet ground almond crumb mixture. After it 's baked and while still warm, a wonderful sherry sauce is poured over this lovely tart.

Perfect for a tea party, these dainty shells will go with just about any filling and impress your friends. Cream cheese, butter and flour are mixed into a dough, chilled, shaped into 24 balls, and pressed into individual tart pans or muffin tins. Fill and bake. Decorate with mint leaves and edible flowers.

These dainty treats are so easy to accomplish. The cream cheese pastry is mixed, rolled into balls and each pressed into the bottom and sides of tiny tart pans. The pecan filling is spooned in and the pies baked until the filling is set. Garnish each with a dollop of whipped cream and a pecan half.
