Steamed pudding is made with fruits and spices before being steamed in canning jars. The sealed jars can be aged until serving time at the holidays. This is my Aunt Caroline's classic Christmas Pudding recipe that is a wonderful Christmas tradition. Excellent served with sauce and ice cream!
