Serve this sweet milk gravy over biscuits or toast for a breakfast treat. This is a wonderful treat that we would make the daycare kids on cold mornings! 'Grandma' (an older woman who cooked for us) showed me how to make it. So easy and so yummy!

Michelle's Zesty Hummus-like Spread

I made this recipe the other day when I was hungry for hummus but didn't have all the ingredients. Italian-style salad dressing adds a nice zest to an otherwise traditional favorite. Garnish with the unused half of the red pepper or spinach. Serve with bagels or pita bread.
