This gooey cinnamon pull apart recipe will impress everyone in your family! It is an easy (and I mean EASY), fast, and tasty modification of my boyfriend's grandmother's monkey brain recipe. I use 6 small Bundt pans instead of one big one so the cinnamon balls are more gooey :) Fun to make and even more fun to eat!

A gooey caramel sauce made with ice cream coats the tender rolls in the breakfast treat from Sharon Donat of Kalispell, Montana. Instead of using a loaf of bread dough, thaw frozen dinner rolls and divide in thirds for faster assembly. For a little crunch, top with chopped pecans before serving.

These fine white sourdough rolls have less starter than what the Herman Bread calls for, so expect less bite. You can shape this dough into a loaf as well.

'THESE DINNER ROLLS were among the many different baked goods that Mother prepared for Thanksgiving. In addition, she would bake many pans full of pecan rolls and cinnamon rolls. It was really difficult to choose which to eat, so one of each seemed to be the only sensible solution to that dilemma!'
