This is a basic recipe for grilling potatoes that may be altered to taste. The key is that grilled potatoes, whether lightly seasoned or adorned with your favorite condiments, taste GREAT!

Let me first say that nothing about this recipe is healthy. This mixture came about over a year of weekly cook outs while stationed in Korea. These potatoes are total 'man-food' and perfect for football games! They must be cooked over a grill, oven roasting just doesn't turn out the same.

You can give fish, beef, pork or poultry a zesty boast with this spicy seasoning. I like to sprinkle the mix on catfish fillets before broiling them.

These are absolutely melt in your mouth delicious! You can make them on the grill or in the oven. Even friends of ours that don't care for onions loved these! I would recommend that you use 1 large onion for every 2 people. Some people want one whole onion to themselves so you might want to make some extra! They are also good heated up the next day but we rarely have any extra!

Corn on the cob is marinated overnight in coconut milk and butter before being charred over a charcoal fire. This recipe comes from Medan, a part of Indonesia. Corn is soaked overnight in coconut milk and butter before grilling with charcoal. You won't want to stop nibbling on it! Eat it piping hot, it's not good when cold!

Savory grilled eggplant or brinjal. If you're having a barbeque we recommend grilling these rounds rather than frying. They are delicious either fried or grilled!
