This has become a neighborhood favorite. A marinade with the great flavors of soy sauce, sesame, garlic and ginger. It's great on fish, particularly salmon, and chicken.

This sweet, mellow marinade for ribs comes from Canada, where it is hugely popular! Any sauce left over after marinating and basting may be simmered until the sugar dissolves, then used as a sauce.

I got this recipe from my mother-in-law, and she told me that it is the one that the local firemen use at their chicken dinners. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!! It really is delicious. It contains eggs, so use immediately.

East Carolina Barbeque Sauce

This barbeque sauce is used for East Carolina pulled pork. It can be used as a marinade, or add a little corn starch and make it into a thick mop sauce or basting sauce.

Eastern North Carolina BBQ Sauce

I have tried a lot of recipes of Eastern North Carolina BBQ Sauce. This is the closest to what you will find in any of the BBQ Restaurants here in North Carolina. It is on the hot side, so you may wish to adjust the cayenne pepper and Tabasco™ sauce for milder flavor.
