Daddy's Shrimp Toast

Slices of bread are topped with shrimp and crab mixed with onion, garlic, celery, and water chestnuts, then pan fried and served with a soy sauce, garlic powder, and sesame oil sauce. Some of the filling ingredients can be optional, i.e. water chestnuts, celery, etc. Great topped with chopped roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, or parsley. 

Crawfish, Crab and Shrimp Ceviche

This is a wonderfully elegant trio of seafood in a refreshing and tangy sauce! This three seafood ceviche is worth trying! worth trying. Serve it in martini or margarita glasses and garnish with cilantro leaves and slices of lime. Serve with chips. I make everything ahead and marinate, but don't put the avocado in until close to serving. 

Thai Crab Rolls

Moderately spiced crab meat rolled into Thai spring roll sheets before quickly 'pan' deep-fried and dipped into a magical, tangy dipping sauce! Arrange on lettuce leaves with the dip in the center for a stunning presentation.
