It really was fast and easy and yummy. I used a regular skillet and only fit about 2.5 sliced potatoes and maybe 4 or 5 eggs worth so in the end it made two frittatas!

A family favorite! However, I like seasoning and I seasoned the potatoes with season salt, garlic black pepper, parsley and paprika.

Super yummy and easy. I'm not a cook, at all. And I can handle it. Great find.

Delicious, but it took at least 10 minutes on 3-4 for the eggs to firm up. If your family is super-hungry, might want to give them a 45 minute estimate instead of a 30 minute.

This is very good! It's healthy, easy & tastes awesome :) I added extra spinach & used garlic powder instead of actual garlic.

I'm going to review the original recipe, not any of the "we fixed it this way" recipes. No flavor, unbearably bland. I wasn't expecting an explosion of flavor, but come on. Not enough spinach - little flecks that seemed like garnish. Overall mushy texture - I thought the potatoes would get crispy/crusty. My biggest complaint: it took 25 minutes to cook after addition of eggs, not 5-7 minutes - at this stage it was entirely raw. That's just dangerous instructions for a novice cook.
