We loved this dish in our house. The first bite my daughter wasn't sold, but I think she got a big hunk of basil. We both decided we didn't care for the basil in it, and one we picked around the big pieces, she devoured it. She even took leftovers for lunch today. I did leave out the olives since we are not fans of them, and added some red peppers. Next time I will leave put the basil and put in some fresh spinach. I will also add some mushrooms. Super easy meal, and soooo good. Thanks!!

This is a great recipe - I didn't have fresh tomatoes and don't care for olives so I used a box of pomi chopped tomatoes, threw in some snow peas, and added fresh spinach the last minute or so of cooking - makes a great main dish!

Great recipe. Made it for my husband the other night who had never had spaghetti squash and he LOVED it...he told me that I can make it as often as I want to. The best part, we didn't feel guilty when we had seconds.

Next time I make this I am planning on adding white wine to the sautee mix and maybe lemon juice and butter. I would like it to be a little more saucy, or moist to pour over the squash. But it was good and I felt great about eating this meal. I did add Zuch. and Asp. to this.

What a great recipe! I've always wanted to try spaghetti squash and this was a terrific recipe to use. Being new to this recipe, be sure the squash is cooked well so it is tender when you scoop it out. I used a big squash and should've left it in the oven for another 5-8 minutes. I accidentally left the olives out and glad it did. If you really like olives and greek salad, then put them in. I feel they overpower the dish. Lastly, I added one red pepper. Next time, I'll add other ingredients like zucchini. What a great & flexible recipe.

This is really great, easy and delicious. I altered it a little I deleted the garlic because my husband can't eat it, bothers his IBS. I substituted sweet red peppers for the garlic and used low fat feta. Absolutely fantastic my husband loved it!

This was a delicious, easy recipe! I had some squash in my freezer from the summer, so I used it in this recipe. I made a few changes to the recipe. I did not include olives and used a can of diced tomatoes, instead of fresh. I also added asparagus and sliced portabella mushrooms. Awesome! The fresh basil is a must in this recipe! I made breadsticks to accompany the meal, but really didn't need them. The meal is filling! I'm excited for the summer, so I can make this recipe again, with fresh squash!

Spaghetti Squash is one of my all time favorites so I'm always looking for new recipes. This is AWESOME! My children devoured it within minutes and it was so super easy to make. I hate olives so I left them out; didn't have fresh basil so I used dried (totally fine, but when my garden is in bloom I will always use fresh). The feta was a nice touch and this was a perfect side dish with pork tenderloin. Yum!
