This recipe is incredible!! I love everything about it. SO easy, so tasty...just perfect! Sad to admit, but I will eat the entire dish for dinner when I'm home alone. Actually, it's every time I've made it! :) I think even people that don't *love* cauliflower raw would enjoy this. I stick to the recipe except now I just eyeball the ingredients. I never have fresh parsley, so haven't used that. Thanks for posting!! One of our regular favorites!!

This is now our favorite way to eat cauliflower and so simple. We cooked it on 350 and after 25 min broiled for 5 min. Used parmesan and cheddar cheese. Yum yum.

Excellent! I did what others suggested. I cut the cauliflower as uniformly as possible, mixed it all up in a bowl, instead of a baggie and and covered the cauliflower for almost the entire cooking period. I didn't measure my salt, pepper or garlic, but my whole house smelled yummy garlicky. This is a super easy, very tasty recipe.

I grew some cauliflower in the garden this year and didn't know how to cook it. I found this recipe and tried it. I actually roasted it for 35 minutes but mixed it up twice and it came out really delicious. Easy side dish with a lot of flavor for so little ingredients.

I have been making cauliflower this way for years and it is simply the best! Roasting really brings out the flavor of the cauliflower. I would suggest turning the temp down to 400 and roasting for 20-25 minutes. Also, make sure you cover your baking dish with aluminum foil! This will prevent your garlic for scorching and make your veggies more tender.
