I just made this. I used the OP's revised recipe (more tahini, more garlic, less salt) and it is divine. Next time I'll probably just amp up the garlic and keep the tahini the original measurement. I added the recommended dash of cumin, and a little cayenne for myself. I blended the olive oil right in to the hummus since I'm making a batch to keep handy in the fridge. This is PERFECT, and so deliciously creamy and wholesome. I can eat it by the spoonful! It's so much tastier than any store bought hummus, and so much cheaper in the long run, too. :)
