Use fresh pineapple instead of pineapple juice, and definitely use Goya Cream of Coconut.

Super easy and far better than a mix! Based on the reviews, I used cream of coconut (a 16 oz. can), rather than coconut milk and a whole can (16 oz.) of pineapple slices with the juice; I also omitted the sugar - which was a very good thing as it was extremely sweet. Overall great recipe! It's very desertish... so I'd suggest adding more ice to compensate. I served it with coconut shrimp and it was very nice.

Used dulce de leche instead of sugar, cream of coconut instead of coconu milk and frozen berries instead of ice cubes. OMG! Best pina colada ever!

I mad this with a can of coconut cream and a can of pineapple. I omitted the rum and sugar. coconut cream is pleanty sweet. And added about 20 ice cubes. It was perfect, everyone loved it! I tried it again with coconut milk and no one finished theirs. Make it with coconut cream!

I used canned pineapple in the blender instead of juice and omitted the sugar and it was amazing! So far the best pina colada that I've made at home. I'll never buy a store mix again. Next time I'll add some strawberries too!

This was ok. A little runny, and tasted very bland. I added a little orange and cinnamon and it was better.
