I made these for my birthday this year as an appetizer before we started to fondue. It's a good thing I started late on these, or I don't think we would have even started cooking! I made a ton of these, and not one survived. My parents asked for the recipe, and my roommate told me I needed to make more. The only thing I changed was that I melted some butter and lightly brushed it on the bottoms of the mushrooms before they went in the oven, otherwise they were exactly as stated. They are to die for, I'm already gearing up to make them again!
