Absolutely delicious. I doubled the recipe however, i wouldn't double the filling recipe. I ended up with way too much. Great for low carb diet.

I made these for my birthday this year as an appetizer before we started to fondue. It's a good thing I started late on these, or I don't think we would have even started cooking! I made a ton of these, and not one survived. My parents asked for the recipe, and my roommate told me I needed to make more. The only thing I changed was that I melted some butter and lightly brushed it on the bottoms of the mushrooms before they went in the oven, otherwise they were exactly as stated. They are to die for, I'm already gearing up to make them again!

The only change I made to the recipe was to use a few drops of tabasco sauce because I didn't have any cayenne pepper...the mushrooms disappeared between 2 people in mere minutes :) Thanks for sharing and for all the reviews.

This recipe is amazing! But I have changed it quite a bit since 8oz of cream cheese is enough for as much as 5 dozen mushrooms depending on how creamcheesy you want to make the stuffing mixture. I go with the spices of the recipe and add spinach and onion to the mix when I'm cooking the garlic & mushroom. This has made the flavor of the filling so much better and them healthier in cutting the amount of cream cheese per mushroom and I personally like the texture better too! Excellent suggestions in other reviews!

I personally have a huge distaste for mushrooms but decided that these would make a great Valentines day surprise for my boyfriend who rarely gets to eat home-cooked mushrooms. The recipe was really simple and quick to make, which as a new cook was fantastic! The leftover stuffing from the mushrooms was used on a bagel and devoured instantly while the mushrooms were in the oven. As soon as they were out three of them seemed to disappear right in front of my eyes! My boyfriend loves this recipe so much that he's requested that I make them again for him on his birthday! Thank you so much for this simple and (apparently) tasty recipe!

These are amazing!! Did not have grated parm on hand so just used the powder. Worked fine. Everyone loved them!! I will be making these a lot from now on. Perfect bite to them!
