This was easy to prepare ahead and barbeque the next day. I used flank steak and it was a real hit with my dinner guests. The flavor was different and very good.

Our family and friends love this elegant but simple recipe. I use the marinade on other meats as well. I purchase meat in bulk and add the marinade to the meat before I freeze it.

I made this recipe for my whole family and they raved about it. I marinated the london broil while still frozen and refrigerated for 48hrs. It was tender and flavorful.

I substituted one tablespoon of soy sauce with worstershire sauce plus I added green and red bellpeppers and mushrooms. My husband thought it was the best steak he ever had...
