I live in China and it's nearly impossible to buy bottled Italian dressing. This recipe hits the spot and works great in recipes!

This is a very good italian dressing. I love it, second time making it . Will be making this again and again. Thanks so much for the recipe. I oly used 1 teaspoon salt, and garkic powder instead of garlic salt

This is not only the tastiest homemade Italian dressing mix, but it's the easiest thing I've ever made--with ingredients that are all common staples! It's great not only as a dressing, but as a marinade and a rub. I add just a wee bit to different sauces to enliven them--it's my secret ingredient!

This wonderfully tangy dressing is reminiscent of my favorite house dressing at a local Italian restaurant! I tried it with red wine vinegar instead of white for a more complex flavor.

wonderful, light and fresh! thank you so much for posting! just in case anyone was wondering, i used basil-and-oregano-seasoned rice vinegar and used celery leaves as a substitute for parsley. not trying to get fancy...just what i hand on-hand!

Never used olive oil and vinegar as a dressing before so I didn't enjoy it. I was hoping for something that taste similar to Wishbone's italian dressing

TOO MUCH SALT! I wish I had read the reviews before I mixed all the ingredients together. I used this recipe on a beef roast and made Italian Roast beef sandwiches. My husband and I thought it turned out delicious albeit too salty.

Love it! I've tried to separate the heavy ingredients from the herbs and measure them out separately. I think it's better to just do it the way the recipe reads. Just right the way it's written.
