Made this tonight, used apple cider vinegar instead and baked 10 minutes each side. It was decedant and my husband said seemed like he was eating a 5 star resturant meal! Yeah - FYI very easy to make and this comes from a girl who doesn't cook much!

Pretty dang good! I double the sauce, put the cooked hot fish on raw baby spinach (it will wilt) and spoon the sauce over the fish. A lot like Pf changs sea bass dish. Serve brown rice on the side. Boyfriend loves this!

This was amazing. My wife thought this was the best ever. I put the peice of fish over a bed of spring mix, and used the glaze for the dressing. Some diced up peaches over the salad was the final touch. Super tasty.

Awesome recipe. I changed only the way in which I cooked the mahi mahi. I too grilled it (medium heat, direct, 4 mins each side) and then heated the reserved marinade to pour over just before serving. The Best! My husband loved it and said it was a "keeper". I think it's something I definitely would prepare for guests. Thank you!

I was in such a cooking slump....until today! This was a game=changer for sure! I cooked it with the ingredients as it was written--including the fresh ginger. Go for the fresh stuff, folks. It's a key ingredient, so why compromise flavor? In my opinion, it makes a huge difference. I did improvise and grill the fish rather than saute it. Like another reviewer suggested, I reduced the remaining marinade down and drilled it across the fish. That's the way to go! It tastes a lot like the ginger sauce at Japanese restaurants. You must try this!

I am not a big lover of fish, however my husband is. I tried this recipe and it was really good. Definately a do over.
