I do 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour and 1/4 cup of white and I use evoo instead of butter. My family loves them! It's our favorite addition to breakfast. Thank you!

Just made these for my girlfriend and I and we loved them! Very much like what you'd get at a good pancake place. I've been making pancakes since I was 15 but I feel rejuvenated with this recipe - I'll be using this one from now on.

A size 24 scoop will yield 12 "silver dollar" pancakes. I used the full 2T of vinegar called for in the resipe, but I would reduce it to 1T next time.

I love the bright yellow color inside. I did substitute key lime juice for the vinegar. I was a little nervous that there would be a lime flavor but since I love lime I would have just used lime curd for syrup if it had. These have no lime flavor and are spectacular!

This recipe makes a perfectly delicious and fluffy pancake. I prefer to use fresh lemon juice instead of the vinegar.

WOW. I made these for my family this morning and OH MY. My husband kept talking about them being the best pancakes he's ever had. They were light, fluffy and delicious. Definitely a keeper!! Very easy to put together too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I made recipe to a T without changing anything. It made 8 pancakes so double recipe if you need more!

I love this recipe!!!I have been using it for every breakfast event we host and it is always a big hit! The vinegar and milk mixture is a perfect substitution for buttermilk and you can't even taste it. The first pancakes are always a little thin but as you continue they start to thicken!
