I made these for my family as a trial run and they keep begging me to make more! They were scrumpcious and gone in 10 minutes!

There's too much baking mix and not enough eggs so the end result was more of a biscuit with a bit of egg than a mini quiche.

These were a little dry for us. Though I will be making again soon & trying diff. things to try make better cause I love how easy they were & they'd be great to take to a brunch!

Not so hot of a recipe as written but pretty tasty if you change the bisquick to 1/2 cup and the cheese to 1 cup as recommended by another review. I love the size of them for my kids. They're a perfect little breakfast for them in the mornings!

OK, and good as a picnic or take-along food; but I wouldn't call these quiche....more like muffins.

Absolutely delicious! To make these more Weight Watcher friendly, I used two cups of egg whites in place of the eggs, left out the bacon, and only added a cup of cheddar cheese (regular). I also added broccoli, which made them super yummy. I didn't think that they were too biscuit-like; mine tasted very much like quiche. I will definitely make these again!

These tasted good but I thought they would be more like quiche and less like muffins. They aren't bad, just misleading. I think I might try less baking mix like others suggested and more egg. I did enjoy the taste of these though.
