WAY too much salt per recipe. I cut it down to about a fourth of what is recommended. "To taste" indeed! Otherwise absolutely delicious.

Loved it! Family loved it! Friends loved it! I marinate it all day or over night. I also left out the salt as per other reviews saying it was too salty. Came out excellent without salt. I've made this dish 3 times. It's worth the work! So yummy!

This is the BEST Chicken Tikka Masala recipee I have ever tried! To add more vegetables, I fried up an onion with the jalapeno and garlic and once the sauce was all together I quartered about a dozen cherry tomatoes and let them cook in the sauce a little bit. Also, I literally only used a half a t of salt in the marinade and even less in the actual sauce.

Delicious, flavorful, absolutely splendid. I tried this recipe out three times already and I will not stop myself from using it again! Everyone (who is fond of spices) should really enjoy this dish!

5 Stars WITH the recommendations of other users. Less salt is a definite necessity. I decided to make this very spur of the moment so I did not have several of the ingredients. I did not have yogurt, tomato paste, or lemon so I used milk ketchup and distilled white vinegar respectively. I used coconut milk and omitted the cayenne pepper and I used coconut milk instead of heavy cream. Will definitely be making it again.

I had to give this one star due to the amount of salt. I actually like things to be salty, but this was way too much. Before you make this I would strongly suggest you salt to taste
