!WoW! I am a BIG salad dressing person and I LOVE Caesar and this was the REAL DEAL HOLYFIELD!!! I followed this recipe EXACT except that I didn't add extra salt and the taste/texture were perfect. For those complaining about it being too thick, I wonder if they used REAL anchovy fillets. The reason being is that they're mostly sold in tins preserved in oil and when blended with the rest of the ingredients it thins out the mayo mixture. Into a PERFECT creamy dressing consistency. I would advise those who used anchovy paste to use a bit of olive oil instead of milk for a similar effect. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this gem of a recipe!!!

Great recipe. My garlic cloves were huge and I knew I should have used less - but didn't listen to my instincts. Wayyyyy too much garlic, I will pay attn to my inner garlic ratio guru next time. I didn't have anchovies and didn't miss them. *note: gluten-free adjustments were GF worcestershire and GF bread crumbs.

This recipe is super. Made the dressing in the food processor. I did omit the anchovy. Made the croutons in the oven with garlic powder and olive oil. Topped with a grilled chicken breast and it was a meal all by itself. Terrific.

Simple and easy. I eyeballed the garlic and put more in most likely. This seemed too thick so I added a little more lemon juice, and it came out a bit too citrusy. I love the anchovy taste in this and the fresh parmesan cheese. I think the next time I make this, I'll use fresh lemon, garlic, and maybe even mayo from scratch. We served this with grilled chicken breasts, too.

My family loves this salad. I also use the anchovy paste. It is easy and works very well. For the croutons, I cube the bread, toss with olive oil and salt and bake in oven at 350 until crispy.

Very good but not quite like a traditional caesar salad dressing. Changed the serving size just enough for me and used a smidge of anchovy paste.

I followed the instructions exactly, but I thought it had too much of a Mayo taste. So I upped the lemon quite a bit. That helped, but I wasn't blown away by it.
