I have made these cookies for years and they are always the hit of my Christmas parties. They are so easy to make for a crowd (I also double the recipe). We also love them dipped in melted butterscotch chips.

I had a group of 4 kids over (ages 6 to ten) and they made these into "Easter Eggs". They were easy and good! We'll do this one again... They mixed the "filling", shaped it, froze it, and dipped them into dark chocolate and pastel colored candy bark.

These were wonderful! My guests were very unhappy when they were gone. I froze them (without the chocolate) for 3 weeks and then dipped them 2 days before I served them & it worked out very well.

Quite good, and I would make these again, but I would make them smaller than the suggested size. Also, my chocolate had to be remelted as it took me to long to dip. I would also add some graham cracker crumbs to the peanut butter mixture as this seems to add some depth to the flavor.

My daughter and husband could eat an entire recipe of these! They are SO good. Better than a Reese's peanut butter cup, I think. LOVE this one...

If the quantities of the ingredients were correct, this would have been a good recipe; however, even to the eye itself, 6 cups of powdered suger to 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter is extreme, and wastes the suger.
