Excellent! Used it on pulled pork. Skipped the liquid smoke and celery seed - didn't have any. Came out great.

This sauce is amazing! I'll never buy BBQ sauce again. I did simmer for an hour and a half to get a thicker consistency.

I made this exactly according to the recipe. Next time, I will use 4 cups of ketchup instead of 2 cups ketchup and 2 cups tomato sauce. The tomato sauce makes it separate and gives it an off taste. I will also add a couple dashes of tabasco sauce.

Certainly a 5 out of 5. I've used this recipe several times and also in my slow cooker recipes and ALWAYS get rave reviews. Will sometimes add extra molasses to taste but this recipe is delicious just the way it is.

Most excellent sauce!! I didn't have celery seed, so I finely diced a T of celery and it was sooooo fantastic! I let mine simmer for a while longer to make it thicker. This recipe is SUCH a keeper, my husband thinks I hung the moon! Sweet, tangy, a touch of spice and smokey flavor...just perfect!!

Great sauce....scaled down to 12 servings and poured over a boneless pork loin roast that I put in the crockpot and shredded for "pulled pork". served with coleslaw and on onion rolls. Delicious sauce that I actually made the night before and refrigerated to make my work morning super easy. Thanks for a yummy bbq sauce!
