Oh wow. These were amazing. I ate 5 of them. Better than most reaturants. I usedground chciken instead of pork. Thanks for the post.

I liked these quite a bit. Daughter thought they were "ok". Slightly precooked the cabbage/carrot mixture. (I bought a bad of coleslaw mix). I did add about a tablespoon of sesame oil to the mixture before filling the rolls. Didn't have peanut oil, so used vegetable oil. Easier to make than I expected. Would play with adding different veggies in the future perhaps.

not sure what we did wrong, but they seemed alittle soggy. Guessing was my oil. Did have a very good flavor and made quite a big batch.

I followed the recipe without any changes. It was really good, but bland. I could only taste the ginger really, and the garlic was hidden. I'll be making this again, but with suggested changed from comments.

love this recipe it is great I also used the filling from the wontons the pork it was awesome look for the chinese pork dumplins make the filling and cook it on the stove top in a nonstick pan let cool and add it to this recipe and yum
