Uses lots of bananas making the bread really dense. I would use this recipe again, however not as many bananas as it calls for.. I added cinnamon and vanilla to the recipe.. Delicious!

I just made this today. It is great. I added a half cup of chopped walnuts per request of my daughter. She really liked it too. I would have given it 5 stars if there weren't so many bowls, etc. to clean up ;) I doubled it so I can take one to work also.

While creaming I realized I only had 1 cup flour left, so I improvised and ground up some oats for the remainder 1 cup, I also added some cinnamon. I made muffins and they are delicious! Will totally make it again! (with oats)

Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. I folded the wet mixture into the dry until it was just moist and it baked in 60 min and wasn't too dense. I also made sure that I mixed the butter and sugar really well and used my electric mixer when adding the bananas so I wouldn't have to mix very much once added to the remaining ingredients. Very yummy....thanks for sharing.

Beautiful sheen on bread! Added dark choc chips to bread while in pan right before baking (push into dough till covered). Used unsalted butter and 1/2c white sugar and 1/4c dark brown (low on brown sugar) and turned out fine. Cooked on Green Egg instead of oven (still hot from cooking dinner on it and it uses up left over coals.) Cheers!
