I didn't have any sour cream so I substituted cream cheese and it was delightful.

I'm typically a 5 star girl, because I can normally tell if I'm going to love something by the ingredients. This did get eaten up, but had I not seasoned it at the end, I'm pretty sure it would have sat. The onion is basically a waste unless you double or triple it. I couldn't even taste it in the sauce. I added in garlic salt and black pepper to pump it up a bit. Great texture, (used yellow squash too), good taste, but not an amazing recipe.

This recipe is delicious. I was looking for something that anyone (vegetable lover or not) would enjoy. I received rave reviews from not one, but two anti-vegetable folks. This is a keeper. Next time I will try it with both squash and zucchini.

Really good. I have zucchini in my garden that I didn't really know what to do with and saw this recipe. I'm glad I gave it a try. I even like it without the sour cream added. Excellent. It seems more like a creamy soup to me, which I like, and I even tried adding some cheese to the mixture. Yummy. It was like eating a warm bowl of cheesy soup :)

This is one of the best, if not the best, side dish recipies we have ever used. It's been in our recipe rotation for the past year. Love it!

This is absolutely wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised at how it turned out. I'm not a big fan of zucchini and was looking for a really tasty recipe to try using it. I added some garlic and modified the ingredient amounts a bit. I used a chicken bouillon cube instead of the granules and I also used lemon pepper seasoning instead of lemon juice and it turned out perfect! I have already made this dish twice and the second time I served it over some rice. I'm sure it would also be good served over pasta. It was excellent, a huge hit with the family. Even my 9 year-old picky eater enjoyed it.

Delicious!! I took some advice from other reviews and this is what I did: I sauted zucchini, shrimp and mushrooms in olive oil then added some chicken broth, dill weed, lemon juice and sugar. Then added the sour cream mixed w/ flour. YUMMY!!! I wanted to use chicken, but had none. I served it over angel hair. So quick and easy! I just guessed on all the ingredient amounts and it turned out Perfect.

I used yellow summer squash instead of zucchini but did everything else the same. I thought this was pretty good and my family thought it was great. So, it's 4.5 stars from us. I will be making this again!

Very good! Although, next time I think that I'll pull them off sooner. We like them a little "crunchier". Thanks for sharing, will def make again.

This was excellent! I have never had zucchini before I ate this (I actually cooked two zucchini recipes in one night, just to try it) and I found out I really like it! Unfortunately I seriously overcooked this recipe and the zucchini was more than a little mushy. Despite that, the flavor was amazing and I will definitely cook it again, I will just try to be a little less busy next time!
