Easy, especially with a food processor and most of all, delicious! Thanks! Perfect for our get together tonight.

This was a great recipe to share at my fiances Christmas luncheon. Very crisp and fresh with wonderful color for the holiday and it actually made it feel like a great Bar-B-Que side dish that you miss in the winter around holiday time. It was a hit at the party.

My family and I inhaled this zucchini tomato toss salad. Very tasty. I substituted with fresh basil--even better. We love it!!!!

Wonderful and simple recipe. I used apple cider vinegar which i think may have made it a little bitter but the sugar cut the acidity nicely. I also added fresh cilantro and a bit of fresh dill.

Really good! This is perfectly refreshing for a scorcher of a day like today. I was a bit leery of the sugar, so added it in small amounts and tasted to be sure it wouldn't be too sweet. I stopped at 1 1/2 T.

OMG! Talk about yummy! This is my new favorite summer salad! I took it to a 4th picnic last night and it disappeared so fast. Everyone raved about it and wanted the recipe. What a great way to use up the zucchini and tomato abundance coming from the garden! I followed the recipe for the dressing exactly and used a sweet onion instead of scallions. I also sliced the onion and zucchini very thin with my mandolin. I also added more tomatoes (because I had them and 2 looked very skimpy). The only thing I would do differently next time is that before serving, drain the liquid off and add more of the 'dressing'. Thanks for sharing this fabulous recipe!

This was a nice change of pace from a traditional salad. I had no green onions on hand so I used red onions, and it was great. Will make again.
