Bay scallops, chopped tomatoes and fresh basil are added to a saute of garlic and zucchini, then poured over fettuccini for an elegant seafood dish. Serve as an entree or appetizer.

Tony's Summer Pasta

There's no need to cook this scrumptious sauce of fresh tomatoes stirred with mozzarella cheese, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Just let the heady mix steep for a few minutes, toss with warm pasta, and cool before serving. 

Pasta with Mushroom and Zucchini Sauce

Mushrooms, zucchini and onion are finely chopped then stewed with butter and garlic until tender. Cream is added at the last minute for a rich vegetarian sauce.
