this was very good. Careful with the addition of salt, especially if you serve it with crackers or chips that have salt on them. It doesn't need much in the dip itself. Thanks for this recipe.

I was looking for new ways to use zucchini that my husband brought home from golfing. My daughter loved it and she does not like nuts. She didn't know they were in there. My husband,son-in-law and everyone else loved this spread too. My son-in-law swore there was sauerkraut inside, but all he saw was the shredded zucchini. It did't taste like sauerkraut.

This was really good. I do think I will add Garlic Salt to it next time I make it. But it is Really good just as printed.

This was very tasty and easy to prepare. My husband has been coming home with produce brought from coworkers' gardens for a few weeks now, so its great to find new ways to use the abundance. I did add a couple of tablespoons of mustard, but that is just a Southern thing. I add mustard to all my sandwich spreads, potato salad and macaroni salad, too.

Good and Easy recipe. It's a good way to use abundant zucchini from the garden in a new way and to put veggies in a dip. I omitted the nuts because I didnt have any on hand(still good). Will be great with veggies, crackers, and Tortilla chips.
