Very tasty! My husband sat and ate it like it was going out of style. He left a tiny bit. He asked me the next day if I took some to work. I had to explain to him that he ate most of it the night before and then instructed that more needed to be made!

I have to rate this only four stars because I didn't like it, but it was easy to make and I brought it to work for a potluck and everyone loved it. I didn't bring any home. I wonder if cream cheese would be better than the mayo?

This recipe is great - but I like to combine this with a similar recipe. It doesn't call for zucchini, and you add in bacon peices and green onions. I like to add my bacon peices and green onions to this recipe and it kicks it up a notch! It's a great way to use up some of the zucchini from my garden. (I also sub almonds for the walnuts sometimes depending on what I have in my cabinet.)

I didn't like the taste of the walnuts in the spread. It was okay overall.

I changed this recipe a bit. Toasted almond slivers instead of walnuts. Tasted bland so added fresh dill. Very refreshing taste. served with veggies and crackers. Will make again.

Very good - served with Tostitos. Made this for a dinner with friends - they absolutely loved it. Made according to the recipe but added a little bit of garlic as well. I have tons of zucchinis in my garden this summer, so I'm always looking for ways to use it up. Never thought to use it in a dip, but it's very tasty!

Pretty good recipe. I used half cheddar and half monterey jack cheese and served it on saltine crackers as an appetizer. Great way to use up some of those zucchinis that are growing like crazy!

Mygarden produced a ton of zucchini this year, so I've been trying to find new ways to use it. I tried this recipe without much hope since I'm not a big mayonnaise fan, and I didn't think it would be very flavorful without many ingredients. I have to say, though, I really liked it! I would definitely cut WAY back on the salt as others have recommended, but otherwise it's great as is.
