I doubled the recipe, planning to freeze half. My sons had friends over & stormed the kitchen asking "what is that delicious smell?" They devoured almost 24 muffins in one afernoon, even after I told them they had zucchini in them. One even asked to take the recipe & some zucchini home to his mom. I'll be making more tomorrow.

Excellent muffins!!My toddlers didn't even know they were eating zucchini. I did make a few changes, used 1/2c wheat flour 1 c white, 1/2c white sugar 1/4c brown, and lastly, I didn't have any lemon juice. Still very good.

These muffins are amazing. I seriously cannot stop eating them. They are way better than I expected. I will be making these again and again. I doubled the chocolate chips, but otherwise no changes to this recipe. YUM!

I love these muffins! The recipe is great the way it is. To make it even healthier I tried it also with whole wheat flour, half oil/half applesauce and added also 1 shredded carrot. Still delicious!!!

Family made these disappear! Made with half white and half whole wheat flour, upped chocolate chips to 1/2 cup, per other reviewers' suggestions, and increased nuts. Would make again.

This might be my favorite muffin ever. Because I eat them like crazy, I try to make them as healthy as possible. Here it is: substitute half applesauce for oil, use whole wheat flour, decrease sugar to 1/2 cup and I use dark chocolate chips. Tastes fantastic to me!

I used half plain yogurt and half the oil (canola) instead of veg. oil, and used 50% more chocolate. Also placed a chocolate chunk on top of each. Muffins came out moist and delicious!

Fantasic recipe! I took cue from another person who said her kids devoured them right out of the oven, and doubled the recipe. I am glad I did. I substituted a little of the flour for whole wheat flour and since I only had regular size chocolate chips I threw in extra to ensure each muffin had plenty.

I amended the recipe to make it a bit healthier. I substituted 1/2 c apple sauce for 1/2 c of the oil, added a mashed ripe banana, used 1 c of whole wheat flour and 2 c regular flour, and used only 1 c of demarcara sugar. These were delicious! I doubled the recipe and made 18 giant muffins and 12 mini-muffins. Great recipe! Thanks!

Wow! This is now my all time favorite zucchini muffin recipe. I used unrefined sugar instead of white (always do) and were fabulous! 2nd time subbed 1/2 the flour w/ oatmeal...a little more crumbly but WOW WOW WOW! Thank you for a great recipe to use all that zucchini in the garden!

I am a cook at a very nice sit down deli, and I made these the other day. One of my co-workers hates zucchini, and I asked her to try these, she couldn't believe there was zucchini in them. I give these 5 stars, because when customers walk in the door I love to watch their expressions when they smell something yummy in the oven.
