These were fantastic! My son loved them. I am always happy to find a recipe with fruits/veggies in them that he likes. I took another reviewer's suggestion though- peel the zucchini so that none of the green shows. That way, you def. can not tell there is any zucchini in it.

I'm kicking myself for NOT making a double batch! Even with wheat free gluten free flour (most times muffins come out too dence and dry) they came out fantastic! Thanks for the recipe!

I never had zucchini before but grew some in my garden and needed a way to get rid of it without tasting it...and this was perfect! I made it according to the recipe (besides regular chocolate chips and no nuts)and they are delicious. Just made a second (and third) batch tonight to freeze!

I just made these this morning and was surprised at how good they were, yet so simple to make. The only changes I made was to use 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and use regular chocolate chips, increased to 1/2 cup. We like nuts in everything so I also increased these to 1/2 cup and did not chop them too fine so that you get some 'crunch'. Excellent muffins that are good for you and not too sweet.

Nice crumb and very moist. Could use a bit more depth in my opinion...a bit more spice? Orange zest? crushed pineapple? something...but great recipe all in all.

Good muffins. I think I prefer the recipe from this site- Mom's Zucchini bread - more. My kids said to keep the chocolate chips in the cookies...not in muffins!!! LOL

Wonderfully moist and tasty! I cut the sugar back to 1/2 cup and reduced the oil a bit too. I used large muffin cups, so the recipe only made 11. I will definitely make them again!

These are very tasty. I wasn't paying attention though and added a whole 12 oz bag of mini chocolate chips instead of 1/4 cup. Oops...that was a bit much so will definately be reducing those next time. Regardless, they're very good - you can't even tell there's zucchini in them!

these are so yummy! i did make a few changes though. i doubled the recipe because i had 2 zucchini i had to use up. i also had two over ripe bananas, so i added those as well. i added the mashed bananas to the oil mixture before adding to the flour mixture and it worked out well. I also put half a bag of mini chocolate chips in. instead of making muffins, i put in two loaf pans. i had to bake it at 350 for 1 hour. next time, i may reduce the amount of oil and/or milk if i add the banana -- that way it shouldn't have to bake as long. but as it is, it is extremely delicious and very moist. yummy!

These muffins are easy and delicious. I added 1 grated apple and used Hershey's CINNAMON chips, instead of chocolate chips. My son eats 2 in the morning before going to work and my husband takes them in his lunch box for a quick, healthy munchie. Thanks for the great recipes!!!!!!!

Not the prettiest muffins I've ever made, but tasty and moist. I doubled the recipe and used 1/2 cup of oil and 1/2 cup of applesauce. I think next time I will use half whole wheat flour to give them more substance (and make them a little healthier!).

Let me first state that I LOVE MUFFINS! Also, finding any muffin recipe with hidden veggies that tastes great is a plus. So, its no surprise that I ended up loving these muffins. Included this recipe in my "All Zucchini Dinner/Breakfast" inspired by Pam-3BoysMama. For dinner I served "Baked Vegetables," "Savory Cheddar Zucchini Muffins," "Zucchini Chocolate Cake," and "Zucchini Stuffed Chicken." I made this recipe while I cooked dinner but didn't have them until the next day for breakfast.

Followed this recipe to a "T"; I felt no tweaking was needed and they turned out delicious! I made them in mini muffin tins for my daughter's class at snack time. They were gone! My daughter loves veggies so they weren't an issue for her; although I had to giggle to myself knowing all the other students had no clue and readily ate them up!!!

Yum! I am eating one of these delicious muffins hot from the oven. Moist, tasty and perfect! I made a double batch, and used 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup applesauce as others had suggested.
