This was very tasty! I followed others w/the 1/2c applesauce and 1/2c oil, and then added the crumble topping, yummmmm! I would make again. I cooked in a convection oven for 1 hr and 20 minutes.

This recipe is exactly the same as the Mom's zucchini recipe minus that is uses less sugar and baking soda, thus why I chose this one. The only difference I will do next time is to add more zucchini, it really disappears after you cook it. Also I used half brown/half white sugar. Don't pass it up!

this is a really good, moist recipe. I will make it again. I think I'm gonna try the cinnamon crunch topping I've been reading about to see how it tastes with it.

Really great. I made them in 3 small loaf pans and baked an extra 15 min. I wouldn't change a thing!

OH My goodness! This truly was delicious! My kids said you wouldn't even know there was zucchini in it. I did take the advice of the other reviewers and did 1/2c. oil & 1/2c. applesauce; also added 1/2 c. more of zucchini. It was one of the most delicious breads I've ever made.

This was my first time making zucchini bread and it turned out GREAT!!! Everyone liked it and I will be making it again. The only thing I did different was I added more nuts.

This is an amazing recipe. I didn't even know I liked Zucchini Bread so much. I originally looked up the recipe because I grow zucchinis in my garden and needed to learn ways to prepare them. This is so delicious!

I made this zucchini bread the first time with MaryKlaire's topping, and it was a big hit with my family and neighbors. Making it again, because I have a bumper crop of zucchini this year in my garden. Thank you

A delicious recipe ..to make it more nutritious and give it a nice zest, I substitute in the following: whole wheat flour and wheat germ for the white flour; use 4 egg whites plus a whole egg for the 3 eggs; 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 c. fat free Activia or Dannon vanilla yogurt, 1/4 c. canola oil for the 1 c. oil; and 1 c. sugar plus 12 packets of splenda for the 2 c. sugar. I add an extra 3/4 c. zucchini and 1-2 T. grated orange rind, and I use the crumb nut topping suggested by an earlier user. The bread comes out moist and delicious with less fat and calories (a Bonus!) and receives yummy remarks.

I just made this recipe. It turned out moist and has a good flavor. The only thing different I did was use four mini loaf pans and baked them for 45 minutes. May add extra zucchini next batch. Will use this recipe again.

This recipe like it is, is HORRIBLE. It was so dry that I could not get it down my throat. Reduce the flour to 2 cups and the oil to 2/3 cups and you will have much better bread.

This bread did not hit the mark for me. My main complaint is the was too much cinnamon and lacked complexity. It just tasted like cinnamon bread. I did use 1/2 veg oil and 1/2 applesauce with great results. I will not make this again.

Followed the recipe exact! Tasted great & everyone else who tried it agreed! Update: A few weeks after I originally made this I was given another zucchini. I decided to make more zucchini bread, but tried another recipe from this site that had over 1000 reviews and was rated 5 stars....well, I was really disappointed with it and wish I had used this recipe again. Zucchini Bread IV is definitely the best out there! I am not sure what makes it so different from the others, but it just is! Try it, you'll see!

I was given a very large zucchini yesterday and could not find my usual recipe so used this one. It is fabulous, like others I felt the topping part was way too much so next time I'll cut it in half. I did add an extra cup of the zucchini but other than that I followed the recipe and it was perfect! Thanks!!
