I'd never had (or made) this before, but I was presented with a 10 lb. zucchini....it made this bread and several other dishes. I had good reviews from my boyfriend. I took a loaf and a half to work and it disappeared pretty quickly. Nice texture and flavors.

I made this bread last week and my husband and 14 year old son LOVED it. I am making it again today. Next time I think I'll try some of the suggestions I've read in other reviews.

This was my first time making zucchini bread and it was just perfect! My whole family just ate it up and asked that I make more. I did add 1 cup of walnuts instead of the 1/2 because I wanted a nuttier bread.

This was my grandma's recipe that she always used for zucchinni bread and I love it! I am going to try the other suggestions next time to make it even better. Thanks for posting this great recipe for others to use.

Good stuff! I did the half oil half applesauce thing only cause ran out of oil. Turned out great, Had to cook a lil longer than posted...I think because my loaf pans were smaller. Loved that it made 2 loaves, have one @ home & send one off to work with my husband!

This was amazing!!! I cut the oil in half and replaced with low fat sour cream.(had no apple sauce) I used two cups whole wheat flour and one cup white flour. It tasted great, and I am picky about that. I also added half a bag of chocolate chips. My husband and I ate both loaves in four days.

This is THE BEST zucchini bread I have ever tasted! I have been baking it for 2 years now and will never change recipes. I have made dozens of loaves and given them as tasty (inexpensive) gifts. I have two loaves in the oven right now!

Oh my goodness, perfect! Only change... half oil half applesauce. I quadrupled this and did half with nuts and raisins, half without. And now I have 6 loaves and 4 mini loaves to pass out :)

This was an awesome Zucchini Bread. I made this two ways first exactly by the original recipe and them I add an 8oz can of crushed pineapple drained. Both ways were just as delicious.
