I added grapes and raisins as other reviewers suggested, but I changed the dressing and added a variety of mixed chopped nuts (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars). I used the dressing from Heavenly Zucchini Salad on this website and it was a refreshing flavor combination.

We had this for dinner last night but made some changes, while we made it first exactly by the recipe we added some balsamic vin. dressing and it was much better, i think i would skip the italian all together next time. We also added some grapes and raisens, delish!

This was pretty good. We didn't add the walnuts because we don't really like them but the overall taste was good. We are going to try some grapes the next time we make it and possibly use a sesame dressing one of the times to see how it is.

I used 1 apple and a white peach. I changed the nuts to roasted, unsalted peanuts. I wondered about the Italian dressing, but it works! I really think that roasted nuts are best for this recipe. Simple, yet good!
