I'm giving this recipe a 5* because I feel like it can accomadate anyone's palate. This recipe is good as it is. But I had a half jar of roasted red peppers that I didn't want to throw out so I threw it in this dish. I also had a handful of mushrooms as well. You can really put in whatever veggies you like into this recipe. I think it would stand up well. I did add 1/2 cup of white wine after sauteeing the onions. And I used about 1 cup of lite sour cream in place of the milk. I topped it with the italian chicken from this website. Thanks.

This was just okay. I omitted the nutmeg because I don't care for it.

This recipe is fantastic! I love that it is so flavorful and also uses low fat ingredients! I had to use penne because I didn't have any ziti, and I'm sure that this recipe would hold up to many substitutions (i.e. different veggies, spicy additions). I served this with the Breaded Ranchy Fish Fillets, and it was a perfect side dish. The pasta really soaks up the sauce, so when re-heating I added a little milk and some chopped tomato (which I was cutting up for a salad the following night). This will be in my regular rotation!

This recipe was pretty good. We really like garlic, so I increased the garlic to 4 cloves. The sauce/noodle ratio seemed a bit off, I cooked about 12 oz, next time I'll do a whole 16oz box. Finally, next time I plan on adding about 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper to add a little spice to it. Otherwise, it was very creamy and had a nice flavor to it, and was very quick and easy to make. I'll definately be making this one again in the near future.
