Loved all the veggies in this pasta dish. I added half a chopped onion. Mine was nice and zippy, I crushed whole red chilis which are hotter than the packaged kind. I was worried this would be dry, so I added a splash of chicken broth. I enjoyed this quick dinner.

Great recipe. Super easy and delicious. I added mushrooms and did not use carrots. Yum!

This was pretty good. I used whole wheat pasta, margarine, and doubled the vegetables to make it healthier. Next time I will add lemon juice.

This was a lot tastier than I thought it would be. I didn't have fresh parsley or basil so I used dried and it was fine. It was a really good weeknight supper!

I was searching for a recipe that included both summer squash and broccoli because I got both in my CSA box this week. This is what I found, so I figured I'd give it a shot. And I was disappointed. The pasta doesn't really have any sauce on it, so it is wholly flavorless. The recipe does not include nearly enough oil/butter for sauteing the vegetables. I added a little of both to cook it but ended up making a butter/garlic sauce to put on the pasta when I finished because I found it to be flavorless. I would also suggest adding both the herbs (basil/parsley) and the parm as a garnish instead of tossing with the pasta. The parm got all clumpy and didn't disperse evenly throughout the dish. I gave it three stars because it incorporated many different vegetables, and the shrimp turned out well. Also my boyfriend (who loves healthy food) liked it, although I am sure it was just because it was healthy, not because it was flavorful. Bottom line: Was it edible? Yes. Will I make it again? No.

A pretty and healthy dish. My husband really liked it. To save some work, I used frozen cooked shrimp with the tails already off. The shrimp is probably a little smaller than shown in the picture , but it is tasty. I chopped the veggies before I did anything so I didn't feel rushed to put it all together at once.

It was good! I need to master the timing on this meal because it's one where you are always doing something... I overcooked the shrimp just a little bit and made it slightly chewy & the pasta sat too long and got a little mushy. It's a good idea to read it through and make a plan on how it will all come together.

This recipe went over very well with my whole family. It was very balanced and the kids love the shrimp. I love that it was simple and quick to prepare and had a lot of flavour. I did leave out the butter as the olive oil was enough. Thanks for sharing.

Personally I really liked it but the kids and husband just give it a 3. Didn't have a variety of squash so I used all winter squash. Also substituted curry for crushed red peppers. I would have liked the extra kick but would definitely use the curry again or even chinese spice blend. Prep took much longer than 5 min (20?) since squash also needs to be peeled, shrimp peeled, deveined. Maybe I'm just slow.

Loved it!! I used a lot less linguine (whole wheat too), a couple (small) heads of broccoli, one zucchini, one summer squash, a finely chopped carrot, and a small package of fresh basil. Other than that, I followed the recipe pretty much. I had to whip out my wok to cook all that but yum! what a light and wonderful supper. I think next time I will try to use more basil as it really adds character to this dish.
