My husband and I really liked this! Didn't have any Jalapeños on hand, but used green peppers instead. Didn't have as much zip, but was still great.

This is a great way to use up leftover rice. We use already cooked rice and then follow the directions.

Tasty and added a little extra "zip" to ordinary plain rice. I did wash the rice a few times prior to cooking but otherwise I made exactly as is. Served with Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa.

This was outstanding and will be added to our meal rotation. I have two little kids at home so I chose to eliminate the jalapeno and replaced it with some chopped red and yellow bell peppers. It was phenomenal. I highly recommend this recipe. So easy to prepare and full of flavor.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I used a pepper that wasn't as hot as jalapeno, but gave a nice kick without much burn. I used white rice but am wondering how this would turn out with brown rice to make it a little healthier...

Very tasty! I used 1 large vidalia onion. Since I didn't have jalepenos, I used red pepper flakes and added chopped mild banana peppers. The cumin adds great flavor. I didn't have cilantro. My husband really likes this, and he is not usually a white rice fan!
