Zippy Pork Chops
SUBMITTED BY:
Donna Glascoe
"In Dayton, Ohio, Donna Glascoe needs just four ingredients to prepare this simple seasoning mix for pork. The spicy herb rub sparks the taste of these tender boneless chops that cook in no time."

This rub is very easy to prepare and while it has a good flavour, it was missing something. I added 1 tsp fresh lemon zest, 1/2 tsp pepper and 1/4 tsp coarse salt, ground. The longer it sits the better.
