Directions

  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray an 8x8 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place in prepared dish. Combine orange marmalade, horseradish, and rosemary in a small bowl; pour over chicken.
  3. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, and the juices run clear, 30 to 35 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Very good and easy - I marinated the chicken for an hour or so, using a bit of oil to thin it out a bit, then BBQ'd it. Everyone loved it.

This recipe was sub par compared to others i have tried form the site. I don't feel like the flavors worked together well. I am however inspired to try this but substitute the horseradish for a hot spice like chill powder or cayenne pepper.

This was surprisingly sweet - not nearly as spicy as I thought it would be with the horseradish. However, there was nothing terribly special about this chicken.
