Great side dish and a great way to liven up broccoli! The lemon flavor is great. I used a steam in bag of broccoli so no need for water or draining. I cut the salt down to 1/2 tsp. and added 1/4 tsp. of cracked black pepper. Instead of hot sauce, I used red pepper flakes added to the lemon mixture and just tossed.

Very flavorful. I omitted the hot sauce for my kids and just added a dash to my own plate. Its very good both ways. I also used frozen broccoli which left even more water after cooking. Next time I will drain it out before added the sauce mixture. Very easy and better than the normal plain broccoli.

I omitted the water/hot sauce and used chicken stock instead. Omitted the oils, and used a few tbsp of margarine. Mixed the garlic and salt into the margarine, adding pepper and onion powder as well. Placed in gallon size ziploc bag on high for 7 minutes, shuffled bag, and put in for another 3.
