I omitted the rice and served this as a chili. Perfect for using a surplus of summer zucchini! Thanks for the recipe.

I didn't care for this. I felt that the zucchini was out of place in this recipe.

Surprising good!!! I wasn't sure on zucchini mixed with the green chilies but this had a nice blend of flavors. This was not spicy in the least so we enjoyed it.

This was a good meal four our family. My husband even got seconds! I didn't have chili powder so I used a packet of chili mix and it turned out well. It was a little bland, but that was my choice, I had to nix the green chiles or my kids wouldn't have eaten it! Overall it was a good meal and we will definitely make this again!
