Good, but I'll keep looking for a great cooked carrot recipe. The bread crumbs added nothing but mush, throwing off the desired result!

New family favorite! I almost prefered it without the bread and because I am such a cheese & bacon lover, I most certainly added a lot of them.

I made this for Christmas this year-I thought it was okay, but my kids who love cooked carrots were not impressed.
