This was my first try at a stuffed pepper recipe. I did add 1 cup of cut up mushrooms....I am a mushroom lover. I will fix this again.

This was awesome! Quick, easy, tasty, excellent as left overs, very flavorful. As I was eating it I can up with tons of variations for the dish as well, can't wait!

I just made this tonight & it is really good. I used ground turkey instead of beef & brown rice vs. white. I sprinkled a little cheddar cheese on top & it was yummy! :)

Great fast dinner idea. I added mexican rice to mine and made a mexican type red sauce to go over the bell peppers.
