This was awesome. I used KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce (low calorie). Turned out perfect. Will make again, but next time I am planning to add a few jalapeno peppers and some red onion to give it some crunch.

We had this some time ago and I am making it again tonight. We loved this recipe. We had it on regular bakery hamburger buns and my boyfriend ate more on top of his baked potato. I will be keeping the recipe. It's easy and fast to throw together.

Had it tonight for dinner and it was delish. My husband ate three! We love BBQ and this recipie is a keeper. I will only do one thing differently next time and that is omit the brown sugar. I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and it is sweet enough on its own. I made the chicken the day before. I cooked off a small fryer chicken and removed the meat from the bone. We needed something quick tonight so, I just threw the chicken in the crock pot two hours before we needed to eat put the wet ingredients on top and walked away. A keeper. Only four stars because of the sweetness factor.

I also used sweet baby ray's bbq sauce and some el-cheapo store brand italian dressing. After about 7 hours I shredded it in the slow cooker, waited another hour and served with shredded cheddar cheese on a toasted bun. The bread was a bit of a challenge becasue it got soggy but it with a fork and knife it went down real nice! I will try a bread bowl next time as the last person suggested!

Great! I added liquid smoke, used honey barbeque sauce, and reduced the brown sugar to half the amount listed because of the sugar/sweetness in the bbq sauce. I also didn't have enough Italian dressing, so I used what little I had along with some Caesar Italian. I shredded the chicken after one hour on high and about 4 1/2 hours on low, then added it back to the slow cooker and cooked on low for 40 more minutes.

I think this turned out pretty good. I may have left it in the slow cooker too long, and it got a bit dry. I'll have to try it again and leave it in for a little less time.

Awesome recipe! I only had 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts but kept the measurements the same. It came out just fine. My chicken was done within 3-4 hours on low. Then I shredded it and let it warm for another hour or 2. Thanks for sharing!

this was so good and simple. i put em in frozen first thing in the morning and just let them go on low for about 9 hours.. paired it up wiht the octoberfest potato salad.. put it on a bun with a slice of cheese and red onion.. too good! thanks for the great recipe.. also.. i used cattlemans bbq sauce.. whichi really don't like much as a dipping sauce but it actually worked well as the sauce for this recipe.

We made this using Kraft Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce, and Kraft Tuscan House Italian salad dressing. It turned out AMAZING! We added about 1/2 cup more salad dressing than requested, and 1/3 cup chicken broth. 30 min before serving, we pulled the chicken breasts out and shredded them, then placed the chicken back in the slow cooker for the remaining 30 min. To serve we placed the shredded chicken in ciabatta bread, and used the remaining sauce for dipping. Will be made again real soon!

These were ok. Nothing special. No one was impressed. Seemed like regular barbque chicken. I followed the recipe and used a good sauce. I think they cook alot faster than called for. I wont be making them again for sure.

I used a single thawed chicken breast. I cooked it on high for 3 hours, then shredded the chicken and cooked it for another half hour or so. It soaked up the rest of the sauce perfectly. I then saved the chicken for sandwiches the next day and it was delicious!

This was awesome. I had just enough liquid after cooking to make the bbq saucy not drippy. I don't know how I managed that when others didn't, but it was great and everyone loved it. Will definately make this again!

My huband and I really enjoyed this. It was very simple and I prepared everything the night before. We used a thicker BBQ sauce and I thought it the italian dressing gave it a nice kick. The chicken was moist and it made a ton of sandwiches. I will definitely use this again.

This is easy, but it tastes a bit strange. I think it may have been the Italian dressing. The chicken was dry and the sauce was watery. It was edible but no one really seemed to be in love with the dish.
