This was great, I used it in BB chicken sandwiches, on that thin sandwich type of roll you can buy now. Thanks!

I have made this many times now and it is always a big hit. I make sure to buy a good quality brand of BBQ sauce and don't get one that is too sweet because you already have a good amount of sweetness with the brown sugar in the recipe. I always make sandwiches on French or Dutch Crunch rolls and my guests gobble it all up every time.

This recipe definately has some good flavor but I only gave it 3 stars because there is a lot of room for improvement. I love how basic the ingredients are but adding more will help with the taste. First it is kinda sweet so I would recommend using either a more tangy bbq sauce or just cutting out the brown sugar all together since its really not needed. Also cut the chicken into pieces before cooking because the meat tends to get dry in the center. I also added chopped onion and garlic and I would also try it with some pineapple. I served it over rice instead of a baked potato and prefer it that way. Good recipe but my variation is the only way I would eat it again.

So easy, delicious and healthy too. I used Stubb's bbq sauce which is only 30 calories per 2 tbs serving. I used the entire 18 ounce bottle. I also used light italian dressing. I omitted the brown sugar but it is so sweet from the bbq sauce that it really doesn't need it. I only used 2 1/2 pounds of chicken since that is all I had on hand. I also added a diced sweet onion. I cooked it for 4 hours on low. Then I shredded the chicken and cooked it for another 45 minutes on low. It is juicy and saucey and perfect for sandwhiches. I will put it over Arnold's thins and over hamburger buns for the kids.

Really good! I used trader joes spicy bbq sauce and fat-free italian dressing. I put it in the crockpot for 6 hours on low. I added slightly more sauce than called for. Really really delicious!

I loved this recipe!! So easy and great for a crowd. I used boneless thighs AND breasts, added garlic and a little chopped onion. Used homemade bbq sauce and italian dressing. Served on toasted HB buns with sliced red onion that I'd toned down by soaking in ice water. Very good and will make again for sure!!!

The idea was great...used "Sweet Baby Ray's " BBQ sauce. cooked on high then low in crock pot~ chicken dried out on me! Was totally edible but should have turned it off about an hour or two before I did. Good flavor.

I used Jack Daniels brown sugar BBQ sauce and also added some thinly sliced yellow onion (about 1/4 of an onion), some liquid smoke, and some flour to thicken. Family LOVED it!
